After you contacted us, we either schedule a short intro call to get to know your company and fundraising efforts or send you a briefing document you can fill out.
In step two, you send us your current deck (if you already have one), and we will give you a quote about what it will take to work over the deck and what the turnover time is. If you do not have a pitch deck, we make an offer about creating one for you from scratch.
We redesign your Pitch Deck during the final stage and keep you up to date with its status. Finally, we will deliver the finished deck as .pdf and a raw version.

1)Â Understand your needs & wishes

After that we either schedule a short intro call to get to know your company and fundraising efforts or you send us all information via E-Mail or WhatsApp. We will also need any drafts of your pitch deck or content in this stage.
2)Â Quote & Timeline
In the next step we will give you an exact quote and define together a timeline. Often we also do 1-2 example slides to agree on a style.
3) Work Phase & Closing
We will keep you up to date during the design and send you all raw files after you accepted everything.

We will create a custom quote for you that depends on two things:
A) How good is your content already (the more work we have to put in here the more expensive it will be).
B) How many slides will the final deck have?
A regular deck will costs something between $2,500-$3,500.
